Club N XV

What a sight at Weston Hills Country Club on November 10th, 2007! Nathalie Iglesias turned fifteen! This Quince was not traditional but definitely not underdone. As soon as guests arrived, they walked the red carpet that led to Nathalie’s event.

She decided on a club theme so ME Productions had fun with this one! Club N XV was certainly the place to be. Brilliantly created custom artwork welcomed the club goers. Everyone took refuge in Nathalie’s Champagne Room as they anxiously waited for the doors of Club N XV to open. At the entrance to the club (main dinning room) were two wooden frames. One frame had a beautiful back-lit photo of Nathalie and the other had her club’s logo. The luxurious entrance was draped with luscious fabric and to the right of the entry was a table that had custom-made VIP badges for all of Nathalie’s friends.

From the moment you step foot into the club, the sound of live music made your body move. The bold colors of Pink and Orange surrounded you glowing onto suspended spheres through out the room. The centerpieces were beyond modern and screamed upper-class sophistication. Stunning 4 ft. cylinder vases filled with pink toned California crystals, within the crystals were LED lights that brought a warm glow to the tables. A beaded chandelier wrapped around the vases and glass block, floating candles in hot pink water and votives completed the look of the chic centerpiece. After all that was the logo, Club N XV where the chic come to play! This Quince was definitely a break from tradition.

Club XV N

Bar Mitzvah of Omer Hen

Temple Beth Emet was once again the site for another ME Productions Gala Event on Sunday, November 11th 2007! The Bar Mitzvah celebration of Omer Hen was a jungle-themed party that was decorated to the nines! The Bar Mitzvah mother was elegant and dressed in a magnificent jewelled gown.

The guests entered the ballroom over a wooden footbridge that crossed a tranquil pond and lush foliage. Palm trees were up-lit with gelled light to give the guests an impression that it was night in the jungle. Zebras, gorillas, tigers, elephants, giraffes and other animals were spotted peering through the jungle of palm trees that surrounded the room.

Omer’s own jungle lounge with large tree trunk tables, cushioned benches, bar stools, hightop tables and a tiki hut were positioned in front of a wonderful hand-painted jungle backdrop that was lit with theatrical lighting. Magnificent linens made way for an elegant jungle centerpiece that towered above the tables.

A myriad of candles set the tables a glow with warm ambient light. Of course, Rene, Chuck and Jack from Haute Cuisine did the sensational catering for this event. Guests were raving about the food and décor all evening.

Congratulations to Omer on this happy occasion!

North Palm Beach Gala was Shagadelic!

Tuesday, November 6th, 2007

A surprise 40th birthday of a society family in North Palm Beach was a complete success produced by ME Productions and Ted Boyd this past Saturday night! The theme was Austin Powers International Man of Mystery … including a 6 piece dance band, an Austin Powers Look-A-Like and two groovy go-go dancers atop white internally lit dance cubes … other decor included covering her pool with a clear Lucite dance floor … submersible lighting units were sunk to the bottom of the pool to make the dance floor change colors throughout the evening … we even had 2 large A/V screens playing 2 of the Austin Powers Movies the entire night … 160 of Palm Beach’s most sophisticated and completely costumed guests dance the night away … at the appropriate moment, after we all sang Happy Birthday, a pyrotechnic show blasted into action … the happy husband was completely surprised and had a swingin’ time at The Shagadelic Swingning Pussycat Lounge!!

Princess Zoey’s Bat Mitzvah

Tuesday, November 6th, 2007

Princess Zoey

The Barrett’s do it again! Another successful event designed for this family by Skip Panse from ME Productions. This princess themed Bat Mitzvah was one for the social event records! What a gorgeous party at Temple Beth Emet on November 3rd, 2007. Princess Zoey’s Bat Mitzvah was beautiful.

A true royal treat, Haute Cuisine catered this event and the food was magnificent. Carved melons and artistic hors d’ oeuvres filled the sensational buffets that were dressed with custom linens that matched the total color palate of Zoey’s event. The buffets surrounded a trio of musicians that were fully decked out in white wigs and dressed in authentic period costume that played for the quests during cocktail hour. A castle entrance led the way in to “Zoey’s Royal Court”. Glistening silver candelabras with amazing centerpieces filled with “tons of roses” breathtakingly illuminated the room with a warm glow and gave a sweet fragrance to the ballroom. A castle footbridge led to a throne where the Princess Zoey sat. Famed entertainer Dan Leslie and his orchestra had the guests up dancing until the midnight hour. The romance of the renaissance era was truly captured in this gorgeous gala evening.

Skip looks forward to creating a beautiful wedding after the grown up Princess Zoey finds her prince charming and walks down the flower bedecked aisle to a glorious Chuppah to start a forever fairy tale.
